  With System z10 delivery GA1, new functionality is provided
  for the console Application Programming Interfaces as well
  (for a detailed description of the new functionality, refer
  to documents SB10-7030-10).
  
  This new functionality is now exploited in System Automation for
  zOS - Processor Operations and BCP internal interface.

  Based on new functions described in "System z - Application
  Programming Interface" (Document number SB10-7030-10) the
  following Processor Operations Common Commands have been added
  (new command) or modified:
  
  - New command TCDATA. This command can be used to perform a
    query for a specific temporary capacity record.
  
  - New command TCM. This command can be used to add and/or remove
    temporary capacity resources (processors) for a System z10
    hardware.
  
  - One change to the PROFILE common command: Special purpose
    processor 'IFA' (Integrated Facility for Applications) is
    replaced by 'AAP' (Application Assist Processor).
  
  - One change to the ICNTL common command: Special purpose
    processor 'IFA' (Integrated Facility for Applications) is
    replaced by 'AAP' (Application Assist Processor).
  
  - Changes to the output reports of common commands CPCDATA
    and GETSINFO to reflect new hardware objects provided for
    System z10 hardware.
  
  Minor error corrections:
  
  - C-module INGCHW0Z: Debug Tracing, when tracing report data,
    for long reports (e.g. AOFA0022), avoid possible RC 88
    (message string too long) from NetView HLL service routine
    CNMSMSG by printing a maximum of 80 characters.
  
  - C-module INGCHW0A: for BCP internal interface (BCPii)
    connection, correct assignment of return code for registration
    for events.
  
  - C-module INGCHW0E: Rework System z API Condition Code
    reporting (0B20xxx messages) for CBU and OOCOD common
    commands to ensure correct display of non-zero condition
    codes.
