APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If Merge ool load libraries are concatenated in front of Cloud 9
  load modules then this APAR must be applied. There are common
  modules in both product which must be kept in line.
  

Local fix

• Ensure Cloud 9 load module is first in concatenation

  Modules used by Breeze and Cloud9 had to be changed to
  facilitate various fixes. In order to make sure that there is no
  chance of an older version of shipped modules being invoked this
  alignment fix is being released.
  

Problem conclusion

• Release the changed modules to all SCLM AE products so that any
  STEPLIB concatenation can be catered for.
