APAR status

Error description

  • If e.g. names/addresses in the recipient fields of a mail (To,
    CC, or BCC) contain special characters, these characters may not
     be encoded properly by the Traveler server, and hence may
    display incorrectly on Traveler devices.

  • Special characters in TO, CC, BC fields may not be handled
    correctly awhen sent to mobile device.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The IBM Traveler server has been updated to handle this
    scenario.
