APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • iOS native client 10.2.1 displays any comments from reply
    notices in the chairs inbox on the device calendar for that
    attendee (in attendee status area). When the invitee accepts
    Traveler may put ' ' in the reply data which causes the
    client to think comments have been included by the invitee when
    they have not.
    

Local fix

  • Configure Notes to not display reply notices in the Notes inbox.
    

Problem summary

  • Empty comment may be displayed in reply notice from attendee
    who processed event on mobile device.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The IBM Traveler server has been updated to handle this
    scenario.
