Local fix

  • A Reset * of the user will most likely resolve the issue

Problem summary

  • User may stop syncing data to mobile device if the Domino server
API returns an empty string for the document UNID being synced.
This is an unusual scenario that is not expected.

Problem conclusion

  • The IBM Traveler server was updated to handle this unexpected
scenario without impacting the user's ability to sync. The
particular document in question may not sync to the device.
