LO88835: "TOO MANY RECIPIENTS..." SHOWS WHEN ATEMPTING TO SEND MAIL TO GROUP INCLUDING 1500 ADDRESSES

Error description

• Steps to reproduce:
  1. Register more than 1,500 users on Domino server.
  2. Create three Groups including 500 users.
  3. Create one Groups including the three groups.
  4. Open the mail database with Notes client and create a new
  mail.
  5. Set the name of the Group created in step 3 on To field.
  
  
  
  
  6. Click the Action Button "Delivery Options", turn the option
  "Encrypt" on and then click "OK".
  
  7. Input a mail subject and body then send the mail.
  
  Problem:
  The error message "Too many recipients. Recipient addresses
  must total less than 2MB." is displayed.

Problem summary

• There was an impact on encrypted mails due to changes done for
   SPR # RRAL8CSRQE and SPR # SKJI7WMJUU. We now ensure that the
   behavior is same for encrypted and non encrypted mails, i.e.
   the error  "Too many recipients. Recipient addresses must
   total less than 2MB." is displayed correctly in both cases and
   only when needed.
