Error description

• Looks like call to FindNameInGroupCache in
  CreateNamesListFromSingleName in
  net\groups.c needs to be wrapped and only called if we are doing
  the NAMELookup
  on the Local Server just like it is wrapped up in
  UAFGetAccessGroupsExtend2
  where the use
  
  if (IsNullString(pszServerName)
  
  
  
  I talked with AJ Morello about this and he was OK with it as
  long as I also
  added an explicit check of pszServerName is set and it matches
  our current user

  Adding steps to reproduce by Jing PD Chen on 2014-06-25:
  1.setup 1 allclient and 1 domino server
  2.create a new group(any group, no special) with server name in
  it
  3.add group name and admin name in "create new replicas" field
  in "security"
  tab of server document.
  
  4.register a new user, then restart the domino server.
  5.in admin client, select the new user, choose "move to another
  server", change
  mail file folder to such as mail1, then click "ok"
  
  
  you will find same error in status bar like the picture on the
  top.
  

Local fix

• Administrator needs to be explicitly listed Server Record -
  Security Tab -
  Server Acces - Create new replicas:  field and not in a group in
  the field.
  

Problem summary

• Fixing Admin Client error "needs Create Replica rights" when
   trying to move user to new server and user is listed in a
   group included in the Server Security Settings specifying who
   is allowed to create databases on the destintation  server.
