APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • The customer is using Notes 9.0.1(CIV4YDE)
When they try to install 901 FP1 they receive a version
mismatch error.

Setting "HOTFIXTEXT" to "Error - version mismatch. Expected to
find version: "20131022.0932", found version(s):
"20131015.0605"."

Notes 9.0.1 was an upgraded from 853 this issue occurs on all
clients

L2 were unable to reproduce this issue when they installed 853
then upgraded to 901(CIV4YDE) the version of Notes was
"20131022.0932" and FP1 was installed on top of this version
successfully

Local fix

  • Remove Notes using the nice tool and then install 901 and
afterwards FP1
