Error description

  • Customer wants to remove all traces of Sametime from their
    client install.
    
    Customer was provided with information to remove/disable/hide
    the embedded Sametime from the client such as:
    
    - Adding notes.ini parameter $IM_DISABLE_CHAT_INVIEW=1.
    
    - Adding notes.ini parameter IM_DISABLE=1.
    
    Customer customized their template to hide Sametime
    functionalities. However, upon checking Help > About IBM Notes
    > Plug-in Details, the entry "Sametime UI" is still on the list.
    
    Customer wants to remove this entry.
