Error description

  • Notes 9.0.1 fails to launch after a clean install on Windows
    XP. ClientOnly, AllClient, Single or Multi-user, Standard or
    basic. Notes 9.0.1 does not work on Windows XP SP3.
    
    No upgrade needed, simply install 9.0.1 on Win XP SP3 and
    accept all of the defaults. Install says it completed
    successfully, but then the client crashes immediately on launch.
