Error description

  • Currently when you install notes browser plug-in, we create a
    desktop shortcut
for notes:home. When the user double clicks on this, the logic
    is to check the
default browser and if the plug-in is registered in it. If it
    is, we then
launch the browser and fire up notes:home URL.

This doesn't work if user has CHROME as the default browser
    since it's not
supported - user gets not feedback of the problem.

More than that, customers have asked that we allow them to
    specify what browser
the plug-in opens in. See OTHER INFO for more info on
    customers.
