LO77286: THE MIME->CD CONVERTER DOES NOT INTERPRET TABLE BORDER WIDTHS SPECIFIED AS STYLES

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The MIME->CD converter does very little handling of HTML
  styles.  For tables in particular, this can cause a problem in
  which the converter does not interpret a style-specified border
  width.
  

Local fix

• Change the message storage preference for the recipient from
  'Prefers Notes Rich Text' to "Keep in Sender's format".  The
  message will be delivered 'as is' as MIME without conversion.

   border widths specified as styles (i.e., Paul wrote a mini-CSS
   parser) and to add blank lines before & after BLOCKQUOTE and
   does not indent for nested BLOCKQUOTE  elements.
