Error description
When you register new user in Domino 9.0 64bit with Japanese Language Pack and Transaction Logging is enabled, mail file is deleted just after it is created. Steps to reproduce: Install Domino 9.0 64bit. Install Japanese Language Pack and Select Install Type : Replace existing Language Packs. Setup Domino. Start Domino. Open Server Document - Transaction Logging - Enable Transaction Logging. Restart Domino. Start Administrator client and access to Domino. Open 'People & Groups' tab, choose 'People' - 'Register...'. Select mail9.ntf or djxmail9.ntf as its mail file template. Register the user. New user is registered in NAMES.NSF and new mail file is created. Just after it is created and new DBIID is assigned, it is deleted. [2AC8:0039-22EC] 2013/09/28 15:03:59 Closed session for admin/9064 Databases accessed: 8 Documents read: 0 Documents written: 2 Transactions: 2537 [2AC8:0055-246C] 2013/09/28 15:03:59 Opened session for admin/9064 (Release 9.0) [2AC8:0055-22EC] 2013/09/28 15:04:00 Database mail\newuser.nsf deleted by admin/9064 ---------- You can NOT reproduce this - with Domino 9.0 "32bit" installed Japanese Language Pack, Install Type : Replace existing Language Packs. - with Domino 9.0 64bit installed Japanese Language Pack, Install Type selected : "Add" Language Packs to the server, using "mail9.ntf" as mail file template. - with Domino 9.0 64bit International using mail9.ntf. This is caused by Domino 9.0 64bit and Japanese Mail Template.
