Error description

  • *Some of the users receive vCard from an external system. If
    they open it in iphone they can see the internet address; while
    if they open in notes client, no email address stored within
    the vcard.
    
    *customer send a sample vcard from external system and tried
    reproducing the issue.
    
    *This is reproducible by our notes client 8.5.3 and 9.0.
    
    *If the vcard is exported from notes itself, users who receive
    this will be able to see the internet address within the vcard.
    

Local fix

  • Manually copy the internet address for each contacts
    (Workaround given in line with this SPR: MCMA7SHMVD and TN:
    1389130)
