Error description

  • ENVIRONMENT:
    Windows
    Domino 8.5.1
    Quickr8.5.1FP39
    Connectors 8.5FP13

    PROBLEM:
When selecting "add places to connectors" customer does not
see all of the places displayed, whereas they are all displayed
from the browser. All places display fine when there are less
than 25 places, but if there are more then 25 then they are not
displayed. The owner however can see all 135 places from
connectors. Customer cannot even get to the point to select the
places to add as they are not there.

For the users who cannot see all the places from Connectors
they can still log intthe web UI for the places not visible in
Connectors and select Place Actions -> Add <place> to your
connectors? And the places can now be seen in Connectors?
But customer needs to be able to do this from Connectors itself

    - DITrace & Fiddler Trace have been provided for analysis
    - This onyl effects users who are members of more than 15-20
    places
    - It effects Reader, Author, Editor or Manager
    - Only Quickr Administrator (who is the Owner of all places)
can see a large number of places in Lotus connector
    - This occurs for both Notes & Explorer Connectors
    - When creating a new test user and adding him to over 25
places via the Web UI (not via ACLs or anything) this new test
user can alsoreproduce the problem on Connectors
    - The users are added via the Web UI, with the Members
    interface
    - Place catalog has been recreated
    - Issue remains if you remove all the places from the Connector
and add them all again. But now users can see less!
