LO76639: XPAGE: CAN NOT SAVE A DOCUMENT WITH AN INSERTED IMAGE

Error description

• User inserts an image on Rich Text control of XPage by using
  "Insert Image" button.
  If the image has a period "." in the file name except for file
  extension, to save the document makes runtime error.
  You can see this issue on discussion template.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Create a discussion DB from discussion template
  2. Create a new document via Web Browser
  3. Push "Insert Image" button
  4. Select a image file that has a period in the file name (e.g.
  "test8.16.jpg")
  5. Upload the image to server
  6. Save the document
  7. You can see "Unexpected runtime error" occurs
