LO75811: CAN NOT APPLY TO "UNREAD MAIL INDICATION" BY DESKTOP POLICY

Error description

  • "Unread mail indication" may be correctly inapplicable by using
    a desktop policy.
    
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1.Create Desktop setting document.
    Apply to a user using an Explicit policy. (Ex.UserA)
    - Preferences > Internet > Internet mail format: "Prompt when
    sending"
    How to apply this setting:Set initial value
    - Preferences > Font and Colors > Unread mail indication: "Plain
    red text"
    How to apply this setting:Set initial value
    
    2. UserA login.
    
    3. Open preference ([File - Preference])
    Result: The value of a policy was applied correctly.
    Internet > Internet mail format: "Prompt when sending"
    Font and Colors > Unread mail indication: "Plain red text"
    
    4.Change a desktop setting document.
    - Preferences > Internet > Internet mail format: "HTML only"
    How to apply this setting:Set value whenever modified
    - Preferences > Font and Colors > Unread mail indication: "Bold
    black text"
    How to apply this setting:Set value whenever modified
    
    5. UserA login.
    
    6. Open preference ([File - Preference])
    Result: The value of a policy was applied correctly.
    Internet > Internet mail format: "HTML only"
    Font and Colors > Unread mail indication: "Bold black text"
    
    7. Change a desktop setting document.
    - Preferences > Internet > Internet mail format: "Prompt when
    sending"
    How to apply this setting:Set initial value
    - Preferences > Font and Colors > Unread mail indication: "Plain
    red text"
    How to apply this setting:Set initial value
    
    8. UserA login.
    
    9. Open preference ([File - Preference])
    Result: The value of Unread mail indication was not change.
    Internet > Internet mail format: "Prompt when sending"
    Font and Colors > Unread mail indication: "Bold black text"
    
    When "Set initial value" was selected again, this issue
    occurred.
