On advice of an IBM security specialist we have disabled the property "Allow use of stored Forms" in all mail-databases. After this, the functionality to rename a room/resource is no longer working, because the agent generated message to the users uses a stored form. When user opens this message a warning dialog appears and the required button to process the rename is not available. Analysing the agent "RenameReservation and SendNotice" in the room/resource-database, I found some remarked script code which would attach the rename-button from a helper-document directly into the body of the generated mail. Doing it this way it would not be necessary to send the mail with stored form.
