LO75703: PASTING FROM EXCEL TO HTML IN NOTES SHOULD RESULT IN CELL BORDER THICKNESS OF 1

APAR status

Error description

• When I copy a table from an Excel sheet into Notes, I select
  "Paste Special - HTML".
  The resulting table has a cell border thickness of 3.
  It should be default to 1.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Copy a set of cells in Excel.
  2. Create a new memo and select the body in Notes.
  3. Select Edit -> Paste Special -> HTML.
  
  You get the results above.
  

Local fix

• Select all the cells of the table and click "Set all to 1" in
  the Cell border tab in the Table properties.
