Error description

  • User reports that when searching using Notes 9 feature and
    selecting "All Mail and Archives", that the returned matches
    are not similar to results when searching the same available
    databases individually.  Results were returned for the
    mailfiles only and did not include possible matches within the
    available archives.
    
    This issue occurred when the user had an archive generated via
    a Domino Policy.
    

Local fix

  • At this time, manually search within the respective archives
    instead
