APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Hide Design elements from "Notes R4.6 or later clients" folders
    are being synched to the Notes Traveler client when they are not
     supposed to be synched.  This change will hide those folders
    from Notes Traveler.  If the folders are already synched to the
    device, the user will have to be reset to clear up the problem
    (Tell Traveler Reset * <UserId>).

Problem summary

  • Folder that was marked as hidden from Notes View was being
    synced to the Mobile Device.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Notes Traveler server was updated to honor the hidden flag which
    will prevent the folder items from syncing to Mobile Devices.
