APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • On Android devices, 8.5.3 UP1, 8.5.3 UP2, and 9.0.0.0, there are
    no menu options available after selecting check boxes of mail
    items listed in search results.
    

Local fix

  • In the search results list, select the mail item to view its
    details.  Select the move option from the bottom bar (phones),
    or through the action bar (tablets).
    

Problem summary

  • After checking an item in search dialog, there may not be any
    menu items to take action.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The Notes Traveler client for Android devices has been updated
    to resolve this issue.
