Error description
In a clustered environment, Mail backs up in mail.box and retry count grows when cluster partner is unavailable. We noticed on the operating cluster members that some mails are queuing for quite a time instead of being delivered to the local mailfile cluster replica. Further investigation showed a possible link between $Certifiers Collection changed. and the routing tables reloading
