LO74990: NOTES DOCUMENT WON'T BE OPENED WHEN CLICKING WHEN CLICKING "NOTES LINK" ICON ON A WORD DOCUMENT.

Error description

• "Notes Standard" document won't be opened when clicking "Notes
  Link" icon on a word document. You have to click the "Notes
  Link" icon again to open it.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Copy a Notes document as link.
  2. Open a word document in Microsoft Word.
  3. Go to Edit -> Paste Special
  4. Check the options "Paste Link" and "Display as icon" and keep
  the setting "Unformatted text".
  5. After pressing OK a icon "Notes Link" will be displayed in
  the word document.
  6. After performing double click on it nothing occurs.
  7. After performing double click on it again the Notes document
  will be opened.
