Error description

  • Notes Client 8.5.3 FP2 SHF112,
    When a user Adds a Calendar (teamroom), it works fine for a few
    days, but eventually, the federated teamroom calendar stops
    working and the following error is displayed, "Error creating
    key for this subscription".
    
    Verified that the customer is using this single PC.
    The user's Notes client was uninstalled and reinstalled, but
    the problem continues to reproduce.
    
    Collected trace logs and found the following error:
    Warning... No Account for data source: Verano
    
    Error is reported in SPR SPES8EYNL2, but this SPR relates to
    opening the federated calendar when logged into different
    machines which isn't the case here.
    
    Verified the account document does exist in the personal
    address book, but according to the trace logs it looks like add
    account is failing in general.
    
    If he delete the federated calendar and adds it back, it works
    for a few days and then fails again.
    

Local fix

  • remove the federated teamroom calendar and recreate it.  only
    works briefly
