APAR status

Error description

• Customer ran DCT and it recommends to set MailLeaveSessionOpen=1
  
  Customer set this parameter, but in a mixed environment of
  OS/400 and Windows, they found they had a lot of delays
  delivering mail to their application servers with error
  "network did not complete reasonable amount time". Their
  network team advised that the sessions need to be ended after
  the attempt of mail routing. After removing the above
  parameter, mail routing worked without any delays.
  
  Need to review the conditions under which DCT will recommend
  this setting.

• Ignore DCT recommendation to set MailLeaveSessionOpen=1
