Error description
Problem: Domino crashes when uploading > 2 Gb file to Domino database on server via Web upload (standard file upload control on a form). In customers own words: " I tried to upload a 4GB file via Web upload (standard file upload control on a form) to a database using an authenticated web session with SSL. After about 20 seconds, the server crashed. It restarted without problems. " Customer Environment: Server: 8.5.3FP2 HF390 on Windows 2008 R2 (64-bit) Client: MS IE 9 Steps to Reproduce: " I (=support) reproduced crash here using 2.5 Gb file uploading with customers database (no SSL enabled) (, test files in link below. 1.5 Gb went in to database Ok. In this test I had in server documents -internet protocols-HTTP protocol limits "Maximum size of Request 0 kilobytes" and in website documents Domino Web engine -Maximum Post Data 0 also." Console.log shows also http has terminated abnormally-message and crash nsd is also created. See References-section below. Supports test environment: Server: Windows 2008 R2 (64-bit), Domino 8.5.3 FP3 (64-bit) Client: MS IE 9 (64-bit) on Windows 7 (64-bit) -So it seems 2Gb is still limit and if bigger file upload is tried in environment above, Domino crashes.

Upload < 2 Gb file only.
