Error description

  • The problem description is identical to SPRs PALT92GNHE and
    PALT8WXPLQ however, using a hotfix that includes both of those
    fixes did not resolve the error in this case.
    
    I have provided a sample nsf with some test documents. These
    documents all have unreadable text included in the body field
    that was probably caused by using a different character
    encoding.
