Error description
Customer insert some photo (JPG) in Blog, when users view the blog, some photo display partially. Problem occur with IE only, there is not problem with FireFox, Chrome and Safari. If user access the photo directly, the photo display OK, then if user press CTRL+F5, the the photo dislay partially. The fix sets the content length response header for Blogs resources which IE needs.
