Error description

• The issue is that Wiki URL address invoked in IE or Safari
  takes the
  user to Wikis home page instead of the actual wiki URL.
  
  Click on a link to a wiki page opens the Public Wikis page
  instead of
  the specific wiki page itself.
  
  The problem is caused by browser's interpreting blanks in the
  wiki url
  e.g. url with spaces
  https://w3-connections.ibm.com/wikis/home?lang=en_US#/wiki/Info
  Mgmt    Client Technical Professional Resources Wiki/page/Big
  Data Platform
  
  versus spaces converted to "%20" e.g.
  
  https://w3-connections.ibm.com/wikis/home?lang=en-us#/wiki/Info%

  or an exclamation was added after the "lang=en#" parameter in
  the url e.
