LO73474: XPAGES: UNABLE TO UPLOAD LARGE FILES OVER 1 GB TO DOMINO VIA HTTP

Error description

• Customer is using a simple XPager control to upload files on
  the web.
  
  He applied the recommendation from Draft Technote: 1375595 and
  in the url:
  http://www.bleedyellow.com/blogs/XPagesStuff/entry/re_xpages_exc
  eeding_max_file_upload_size_can_it_be_prevented?lang=en
  For instance the following settings are not addressing the
  issue:
  in the xsp.properties file:
  xsp.upload.maximumsize=2000000
  
  In the Application Properties in Designer, select the 'XPages'
  tab and for 'File Upload Options' make sure that this field,
  'Maximum size',  doesn't have a value so that the file upload
  limit defaults to the server's file upload limit.
  
  In the server documents, Server document, Internet protocal tab:
  Http tab: - HTTP Protocol Limits: Maximum size of request
  content= 2000000
  Domino Web Engine tab: POST Data: Maximum POST data (in
  kilobytes): 2000000
  
  However the issue is still occurring.
  
  An error is logged in the error-log-0.xml
