APAR status

Error description

  • Customer reported that intermittently they will see long delays
    in syncing.  It will eventually continue working normally.  What
    appears to be the issue is that the sync is not timing out
    normally when there is a slow connection.

  • Customer reported very slow sync times on Apple devices.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Found that with a weak network connection, the device may not
    time out as expected at 4 minutes.  The server was updated to
    help the device avoid this issue.
