Error description
Sync interruption after client thinks sync has completed results in the client updating sync anchors, but not server. This leads to anchor mismatch and server requesting refresh syncs.

User reported that their Android device reloaded all data from the server.
Problem conclusion
The scenario seems quite rare, but was found that manual sync of contacts in the middle of a push sync of e-mail could cause the device to loose track of sync anchors and re-sync all data.
Temporary fix
