Error description
Environment - Quickr 8.2 FP 27 on Domino 8.5.1 FP3 - Windows 2003 server. Customer tested with Quickr 8.2. FP 17 Portuguese/Brazilian on AIX. Create custom form with Approval Cycle - pick Group name from the Domino directory ( I tested with Site Admin Directory set to Domino Server; Customer used LDAP - using the Domino Server's Directory. ) When group name selected - when you create a new document using the custom form - you see message indicating that Group name is in the status message - "DDD Document has been submitted by <person name> and is currently being reviewed by <group name>. This is the final Reviewer." However, mail message never gets to any of the Group members - and therefore no one is notified that they have a document to approve. If you look at name after it is picked and "pulled" into the Custom Form - Workflow/Approval Cycle - the slash does not appear. However, if you go to the document in the Main.nsf, you see the Group name with the slash in the h_Authors and h_Readers fields. If you do the same steps but use an individual persons's name in the Approval Cycle, the mail message is sent to the named Approver. Only seems to be "broken" for Group names.
Local fix
