Error description

  • The customer said their  server stopped responding.  The console
    log shows that
    deadlock was detected and long held lock dumps on names.nsf.
    There are
    semaphore timeouts on the transfer lock queue semaphore and the
    0F70 semaphore.

  • Shut down the server, then restart it.
