LO72474: UNABLE TO DRAG AND DROP CERTAIN JPEG FILES TO THE DESKTOP

Customer hasa security camera (external address) that sends them approx9 pictures in email. It shows up as 9 attachments in the email. When trying to drag 'n' drop any of the attachments to desktop or a folder, nothing happens. There is no error message. - Customer is able to open/view the attachments correctly within Notes? - Customer is able to use the SAVE option to save the attachments - customer is able to send an email with .jpg files from internally, or externally from another address (gmail), and is able to drag them to his desktop correctly. - customer sent me a database with a few sample attachments and I am able to reproduce it
