Error description

  • After setting up a Notes client for a new Roaming user, the user
sees error:

"Unable to create locations due to error 'This database is
currently in use by another person or process, and cannot be
accessed at this time.
In order to share a Notes database, it must be accessed via a
Domino Server by all users of the database'. Loc"


(and it ends there.  The last work appears to be truncated)


This appears to be a one time error.  Every launch after that
worked correctly.
