Customer cannot rename a web user to an old used OU How to reproduce: By using the Admin Client: 1 - Create a web user without notes id and assign to an existing OU,ex. User Web3/IBMTEST 2 - Rename to a different OU,ex. User Web3/NEW/IBMTEST 3 - Rename back again to the original OU ex: User Web3/IBMTEST The administrator receives an error message "A Domino Directory entry for user User Web3/NEW/IBMTEST already exists" The customer says they are unable to rename users that are moving back to their old department
Remove the old entry from the person document
