LO70665: ROOM OWNER SCREEN SHARING CRASHES WEB MEETING

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Expected Results: Logged into a meeting room with A/V enabled,
  as a room
  owner, when clicking on Start Sharing: My screen, the sharing
  window
  will
  appear after the Share content Validation window
  
  Actual Results: After the Share Content validation screen, a
  system
  dialog
  box appears, indicating that the browser must be restarted.
  
  Steps to recreate:
  Set up new meeting room with A/V as the Service Provider
  Access new meeting room
  click on Start sharing, select My screen
  Click OK on the Share Content dialog box
  
  I tried these steps on three different XP machines, one VM and
  one Win 7
  machine.
  
  
  
  - A\V enabled meeting rooms
  - JRE 1.6_06 (could be other versions being problematic also)
  - Owner of meeting room doing screen sharing breaks\crashes,
  but non
  owner
  attending the meeting using screen sharing works fine (odd)
  
  - Not reproduced in house -
