Error description

  • Periodically, Notes will not launch and gives the error "File
    already exists".   This happens each time we attempt to launch
    the client.  The only solution is to delete the bookmark.nsf
    and create a new one.   Within a few weeks, it happens again.

  • Delete the bookmark.nsf
