  Problem converting to HTML
  
  Method call (java)
  Document.convertToMIME(Document.CVT_RT_TO_PLAINTEXT_AND_HTML)
  fails throwing NotesException when
  invoked from a HTTP servlet (NotesException: Conversion To MIME
  Failed:
  HTMLAPI Problem converting to HTML).
  
  If implemented in a agent in NSF (as Java or LotusScript) and
  invoked
  using Agent.runOnServer(noteId):
  - from a client - it runs well.
  - from a servlet - it fails.
  For Document.CVT_RT_TO_HTML works well or fails as above.
  For Document.CVT_RT_TO_PLAINTEXT works well in both cases.
  
  Environment
  Domino 853
  Windows XP
  
  Steps to reproduce the issue.
  
  1. Put the test database into the server's data directory
  2. Put the servlet cd2mime.jar file into the server's data
  directory, in this location "\\data\domino\jars"
  3. Configure your server to run servlets: in your NAB, on the
  Internet Protocols tab, Domino Web Engine tab, on the right are
  the settings for the Java Servlets.  Use the Domino Servlet
  Manager for Java servlet support, a Servlet URL path of /servlet
  and a Class path of domino\jars\cd2mime.jar servlet .  You have
  no Servlet file extensions, and do enable Session state
  tracking, an Idle timeout of 30 minutes, 1000 active sessions
  max, and have Session persistence disabled.
  
  4. Restart http
  
  5. From the web browswer type:
  
  http://<your server>>/servlet/cd2mime
  
  An error is displayed
  
  (Worker) Trying to convert document to MIME just in servlet...
  (Worker) NotesException: Conversion To MIME Failed:
  HTMLAPI Problem converting to HTML
   at lotus.domino.local.Document.NconvertToMIME(Native Method)
   at lotus.domino.local.Document.convertToMIME(Unknown Source)

  If you run the agent manually from the database, the document is
  converted to Mime successfully.
