Error description
<PROBLEM> Customer initiates adminp to sync users notes and internet passwords. When the "Change http password in domino directory" request is generated it fails with the following error "AdminP error: Document is not signed " </PROBLEM> <ENVIRONMENT> Windows Domino 8.5.1 </ENVIRONMENT> <TROUBLESHOOTING> - Recreating adminp did not help - Have tried fixup, compact, updall on admin4 - Customer had confirmed that the the administration server of admin4.nsf is set correctly - In a similar issue the problem was solved by removing the server name from the username field in domino administrators person document. This is not the case here - All servers in the domain contains up to date replicas of admin4 frm the admin server - Debug enabled Console_Log_Enabled=1 Debug_threadid=1 HTTPEnableThreadDebug=1 - Creating a new user has the same results - No 3rd party apps running - The following also did not help: In one case, certificate documents existed in the Domino directory for server names instead of just certifiers. There were multiple certificate documents for different certifiers that all contained the same public key. To resolve this issue, remove all non-certifier certificate documents and copy the public key from each certifier ID and paste it into its corresponding certificate document. </TROUBLESHOOTING>
