Error description

• When within a Citrix environment and attempting to upload an ID
  to the designated vault, the upload fails with the error
  (harvested from Notes client):
  
  IDVaultSync> Upload thread active
  IDVault Upload - Attempt to contact first server CN/OU/OU/O,
  error: No error
  Server CN/OU/OU/O reported the following problem causing
  authentication to fail: 03:11
  IDVault Upload - Attempt to upload to first server CN/OU/OU/O,
  error: 03:11r error:
  IDVault Upload - Getting referrals from first server
  CN/OU/OU/O, error: The session is in the wrong state to accept
  that request
  IDVaultSync> Upload thread shutdown
  IDVaultSync> IDFileUnlock
  
  Notes and Domino versions are both 8.5.3.
  

Local fix

• The error is not encountered outside of Notes clients made
  available via Citrix.
