Error description
Intermittently, the preview pane will go blank after a user works within their Trash view and then goes back to the inbox view. This has only been seen in 8.5.2 FP3. The issue is resolved by closing the mail file and reopening it or restarting the client. Other attributes are: *Issue happens more frequently while logged into embedded Sametime (inbox awareness) *Issue only happens when the client is windowed, not maximized *Customer sees this issue on a monitor with 1600X1200 resolution. *L2 is not able to reproduce this issue. *Issue does not occur in basic *Issue happens regardless of sort order in inbox, size or location of preview pane.
Local fix
Close and reopen mail file.
