LO60259: "CANNOT SAVE BITMAP TO DISK" WHEN REPLYING OR FORWARDING EMAIL

With certain emails, when user tries to forward or reply to the message, gets error: "Cannot save bitmap to disk". Happens in 7.0.x and also 8.5.2. (In R7, user also gets "Note item not found" but that does not appear in 8.5.2) Looks related to SPRs: VNTR7UP3CD MLAT68QNAT The first states fixed in 8.5.2 but we can still reproduce it. Example documents will be attached.
Use "Copy into new mail" feature.
