  add a customer report to a existing one).
  
  Add a feature which can rename the username from a user who has
  a ID inthe IDVault WITHOUT the need to use the notes client on
  the userside.
  
  For example if a user is using iNotes/DWA only and a
  administrator
  
  renamed that user, the ID in the vault isn`t changed until the
  user
  
  logged in with a Lotus Notes client.
  
  Business impact ( BusImpact )
  
  customer has 500 iNotes/DWA users who must now be renamed
  (because of a
  
  certifier change) and that is currently causing A LOT OF
  extrawork for
  
  the admins or the users...
  
  According  to  SPR # BINN8A6L94 the rename
  completed  on the next vault sync if the user is vaulted. Not at
  authentication time.

  Renames are done on IDs in the vault and resynchronized to the
  user's local ID file. An administrator specifies a new name for
  a user and this user's Person Document is updated by the
  Administration Process with the new name information. The next
  time the user's ID file is resynchronized with the server, the
  new user name is transparently and automatically transferred to
  the user's local ID file.
  
  
  - In Reallity is not clear how renames with ID Vault works and
  what steps of actions happen first and what action is expected
  from the user

  documented what steps where require for the rename to happen:

  - Steps to reproduce:
  
  Domino server 852 - Administrator Client 852
  
  Set up id vault in the server with id vault policy for /ACME
  
  Register inotes,  Test User1/ACME - the id for this test user is
  correctly uploaded into the id vault
  
  Logon to inotes Test User1 via browser.
  
  Rename the common name of the inotes Test User1/ACME to Renamed
  User1/ACME
  
  The user id in the inotes never gets updated with the new name
  even if the user click on the buton "Sync With Vault"
  
  the user id in the if vault rever gets either renamed to
  "Renamed User1/ACME
