Error description
From an end user experience, recent contact deletion needs to be predictable and reliable. User goes to contacts application, switches to recent contacts and deletes them. Goes to trash and empties trash. The recent contacts come back again. Doing the above steps and restarting the client still brings back recent contacts. Users are not expected to delete dip entries, needs to happen transparently. In some situations, recent contacts entry is created for a user that is no longer in the domino directory and that the user does not have any reference to it in his/her mailfile. It does not matter how many times the user deletes the contact, the recent contact entry comes back again.
