Error description

• When a user A sends an announcement to a user B and user B
  responds to the announcement, formatted text(bold, italic,
  underlined) and url links are sometimes sent as normal text.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Start 2 browsers and use them to log into the Sametime Proxy
  Web Chat client as user A and user B respectively.
  2. Send an announcement to user B from user A's browser.
  3. Reply to the announcement from the web client of user B by
  sending a url link or a text in bold or italic, or an underlined
  text.
  
  Result: The properties of the text is lost on both the sender
  and receiver side.
