• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Server inaccessible and yielding pervasive Maximum number of
  memory segments that Notes can support has been exceeded,
  errors, despite ipcs data showing only 4 shared memory segments
  in use.
  
  The Block_open_note values were high, and private memory for
  server task showed less than 100 of 10,000 handles available on
  a 64 bit server.
  
  Nsf documents section showed large documents.
  
  Translation of document id column and inspection of databases
  showed that content was the same.
  

Local fix

• Work around is to remove the offending messages once detected in
  the nsd.
