    Fix Pack 4.
    
    Trying to start nlnotes from the Domino directory
    will produce a popup screen with the following information:
    nlnotes.exe - Entry Point Not Found
    The procedure entry point ?CleanUp@CManagerDPAB@@SGXXZ could not
    be located in the dynamic link library nnotes.dll
